There's a lot of beauty tips available in the internet on how to make you skin healthy and beautiful. I'm sorry, I don't wanna add to the drama. I'm not a guru either but here are just three simple ways to easily lose that healthy skin in you! Yes, you've read it right, unless you're born with a skin disease, we were all blessed with a healthy, young looking skin -- until everything became gradually damaged by various factors such as the environment and unhealthy lifestyle.
Below are just three simple things that we usually tend to forget which are actually gradually deteriorating our healthy and even appearance.
1. The world is awful. There's no reason to smile.

We all have a habit of worrying over things which may not have control of. WebMD discussed the many things that you can do to deteriorate your health through excessive worrying:
Chronic worrying and emotional stress can trigger a host of health problems. The problem occurs when fight or flight is triggered daily by excessive worrying and anxiety. The fight or flight response causes the body’s sympathetic nervous system to release stress hormones such as cortisol. These hormones can boost blood sugar levels and triglycerides (blood fats) that can be used by the body for fuel. The hormones also cause physical reactions such as:

In severe cases when excessive worrying and high anxiety go untreated, they can lead to depression and even suicidal thoughts.
Whooa, look at that! You don't just easily get ugly, you could actually easily get unhealthy just by worrying. Therefore, instead of focusing on the things which you lack, why not focus on that which you have and be grateful for it instead?
2. There's so much on my plate. I don't have to exercise. Work already is one!
My mom is such a hard working person. Hands down! I hear such statement from her all the time. And with that, I really mean all the time. Every time she takes on the tasks she needs to accomplish for the day, she would always say that she doesn't need any more work by exercising, or should I say, working out.
A lot of people share the same belief as my mom. It's so easy to believe to working our butt all day is cool enough to keep us healthy but heck no! Keeping yourself healthy requires a healthy lifestyle and working might just be one of them. However, it's not everything! We all need to allot a considerable amount of time to have proper exercise and stretch those muscles to get them even stronger, those bones even healthier and our skin even more younger looking.
3. Yoga and Vacation are just for the Richie richs!
For fast acting relief, try slowing down. Take some time to rest and you'll see, you'll get more done than when you were panicking.
Taking a day off just to have a vacation? Couldn't afford such luxury! I don't even have enough break time to buy or do the things I needed, why should I spare some time for yoga or meditation?
Just as everything and even everyone needs recharging, we all need to set aside some time to meditate and revitalize our skin. While yoga's primary emphasis is upon general well-being, it has been proven to help promote healthier and younger looking skin. Swami Sivananda explained that, "The body becomes strong and healthy. Too much fat is reduced. There is luster in the face. Eyes sparkle like diamonds. The practitioner becomes very handsome. Voice becomes sweet and melodious".
If you think yoga and taking some time to have a vacation and get some rest is a luxury you can't afford, just think about the roughly $14 billion dollars people have to spend on cosmetic procedures. The choice is yours.
Now if you ask me how do I keep my skin healthy and beautiful. It's fairly simple. I do completely the opposite of those three ways on how to lose your healthy skin and strive to keep myself beautiful not only in the outside, but most importantly, the inside.
