Here's Why @jonharules Makes a Perfect World's Coolest Intern

    For those who missed it, I was able to make it to the The Top 20 World’s Coolest Intern Candidates, er Top 23 (Thanks to StanChartBreeze's awesomeness! Yay!) through a simple post entitled World’s Coolest Intern - 3 Reasons Why Standard Chartered Bank Needs Me!

    Without further ado, below are just 3 of the many reasons why I make the perfect #worldscoolestintern.

    I have....

    1. Made the world more open
    It's funny that those who don't usually tweet were encouraged to establish their online presence, share their thoughts and what's happening and interact. The world has become more open and more people are engaging in a community where they can share their support.

    My perspective has widen and I have become more interested with engaging with other people and listen to what others has got to say. The world has become more open and connected through such a great opportunity that has united more than 1190 applicants from over 64 cities.

    2. Pure. Concentrate.Awesome
    Trust me, I'm not famous. I'm just unapologetically awesome. Or should I say, my supporters. When I joined the contest to be the World's Coolest Intern, I thought about how the opportunity could help me enhance my social media skills, but as the verdict day is fast approaching, I can see that more and more people are showing their support and I can't help but be overwhelmed. When I was on the verge of giving up, I was comforted with the fact that bazillion of people are trying to lift me up. I just can't let them down.

    3. Interesting.Intriguing. Engaging.
    Just like what Penelope Trunk once said, People who do not usually listen to you will start to do so. Who would have thought that such a simple post would make it to Top 23 and help unite a nation? 

    From small and simple things, great things can come to pass. I may not be the best  but I have the raw materials. I just need a great presentation. (Yes, I would need you StanChartBreeze to be my presentation, if you'd allow me ;) ) Oh man, I can only imagine the great things we could accomplish together with our pure awesomeness.

    Jonha does rule! I have had Jonha as a Virtual Assistant over the last 2 years helping me build the social networks around several hundred websites. Always quick to learn, she has never had a problem following through with the training that I have given her.

    As a member of several cutting-edge social network sites (StomperNet & Don Crowther's Social Profits to name a few) I am privy to the latest and greatest social media stuff. Jonha has been my Go-To Girl to implement the latest social media strategies in my business. Is she well trained? Well, I think her humbleness holds her back from bragging. If I were to describe her talents....Jonha is a well trained social media ninja, with a kung-foo grip on all of the latest and greatest techniques. She is quick to learn and an even faster "doer" as she helps me implement what I learn on a daily basis from the social media guru's.

    In my book, there are "doers" and people that are thinking about doing. Jonha has passed both of those, as she is quick to synthesize and test her own techniques, and report back to me with the results.

    So, the question begs.....is she worth her weight in gold? Well, in the fast paced world of online marketing and internet business, she may look like a 98 pound weakling, but for me, she has always been my 300 pound gorilla that back my online strategies with a powerful punch.

    Thanks Jonha -- When they steal you away and hire you as the top intern, remember to keep in touch and I'll still keep you informed -- and feed you some of the latest and greatest SM stuff. That way when you are done in 6 months, you will still be ready to pick up where you left off.
