Don't Let Lack of Degree Get in The Way to Success

Are you jobless, hopeless or do you worry too much about your future just because you're an undergraduate, a drop-out or you don't have that shining degree? Well, you're not alone. Almost half the population of the world are undergraduate and even 1/4 of the corporate world are drop-outs. I'm not trying to encourage people here to drop out of school because after all there's a hope for those who have no degree to land some high paying jobs. The mission of this post is to motivate those people, like me, without a bachelor's degree to still thrive even if we don't have that 4-year diploma that eventually serves as an ornament for some.

I have known a lot of friends that finished college with their shining 4-year degree but still fails to find a job. Why is that? Well, the answer is pretty simple that it must have been over your head, you simply chose not to hear it. Some people are just too lazy to look for jobs or for some, they're too picky because after all, they studied for many years just to have the much awaited diploma. Right, you've spent considerable years at school to get that degree and you're going to wait again for who-knows-until-when to get your dream job? Okay so I sound nagging now instead of motivating. Without further ado, here are the top 25 high-paying jobs even if you don't have a degree with their respective salaries:

1. Air traffic controller: $102,030

2. Funeral director: $79,517

There you have it, even people without degree, as long as you're persistent, goal-driven and faithful, you will sure land a job and be able to survive the recession! If you think it's impossible especially with today's competitive corporate world, think about what do Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison and entertainment mogul David Geffen have in common. They all have huge bank accounts and no student loans. These industry leaders are some of the most successful people in business and none of them has a college degree!

Here are two of really inspiring and helpful articles for those looking for jobs even without a degree. I'm telling you, your determination and creativity determines your success more than your lack of "formal" education.

So people, it's not impossible to be successful if you have the desire and working towards it to. Just remember, it's not your fault if you were born poor but it would be your fault if you die and remain poor. Get rich baby, or at least die tryin'!
